While traveling in Argentina, I discovered one of my most favorite foods. Empanadas!  During our work with Recipe Key, we often discuss our favorite foods from our various travels around the world. Empanadas have a special place in our heart because they can be personalized and specialized for whoever is making them. We’ve made breakfast empanadas with eggs and bacon, dinner empanadas with ground beef and chili sauce, and dessert empanadas with fruit filling and cream. What a treat!
