Favorite Dishes: My favorite dishes are heavily influenced from my up bring in New England. On one hand it introduced me to my love for seafood and all things Quahog. On the other hand it made me grow as I got older because of its repetitive nature when I was younger. Currently I have a fond liking for Italian foods like Insalata Caprese or Neopolitan Ziti but you can never go wrong with the classics like Baked Macaroni and Cheese or Clam Chowdah.
Cooking Experiences: My love for cooking started in high school cooking 101 class. I continued taking cooking classes throughout school and narrowly decided against going to school to be a chef.
