Acorn Squash With Nutmeg
Ingredients:
1 Acorn Squash
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Margarine melted
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper hot red
Directions:
1. Cut squash into quarters; remove seeds.

2. Place squash, cut side up, in a shallow baking dish; add boiling water to the depth of 1/2 inch.

3. Cover and bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes or until tender.

4. Combine remaining ingredients; divide among squash cavities.

5. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F an additional 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
