Ingredients:

Ground Chuck

Green Bell Pepper finely chopped

Onion finely chopped
1 Teaspoon
Salt (generous)
1 Teaspoon
Dry Mustard optional
1 Tablespoon
Cider Vinegar or to taste
1 Tablespoon
Sugar Brown
8 Ounces
Ketchup Heinz is best
1/2 Cup
Water lukewarm (110 to 115
Directions:
1.
Brown chuck and add pepper and onion.
2.
Saute for a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until flavor blends.
3.
Serve on buns with cole slaw and potato chips.
