Barbecue Chicken
Ingredients:
4 Pounds Boneless Chicken Breasts
1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder up to 1 Tbs
1/8 Teaspoon Hot Sauce several drops
1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar preferably unrefined
1 Cup Ketchup (2 bottles)
1/3 Cup Worcestershire Sauce to taste
1 Teaspoon Salt to taste
4 Cloves Of Garlic minced
2 Onions chopped
30 Ounces Tomatoes chopped
1 Cup Water *
1 Teaspoon Pepper fresh ground
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a crockpot.

2. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 to 6 hours or on high 2 to 3 hours.

3. Watch carefully the last hour to make sure that it is not sticking.

4. Shred chicken with forks and mix Mixture should be very thick.
