Basil Pesto Dip
Ingredients:
| 1 Unit Basil |
| 1 Cup Cottage Cheese lowfat |
| 1 Cup Sour Cream divided |
| 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese |
Directions:
1. Blend basil pesto from the supermarket deli case with 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 cup light sour cream and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese in a food processor.
