Blueberry Barbecue Sauce
1/4 Cup Water
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1/4 Cup Onion chopped
2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
1 Pint Fresh Blueberries
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tablespoons Dark Brown Sugar
1 Jalapeno Pepper seeded and chopped
1. Saute the onions and jalapeno in olive oil over medium-high heat in a small saucepan until limp, 2 to 3 minutes.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and cook at a low boil for 15 minutes, stirring often.

3. Puree the sauce in a blender or food processor until smooth.
