Boboli (Focaccia) Italian Bread
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Water
2 1/4 Cups Water Warm plus
1 Package Yeast
1 Teaspoon Salt coarse
6 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil + extra for pan
5 1/2 Cups Flour (approx)
Directions:
1. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 c water.

2. Combine with warm water, oil, salt and flour.

3. Mix together thoroughly and let rise 30 to 40 minutes or until doubled in size.

4. Punch down and divide dough into 3 parts and place in 3 oiled pie pans.

5. Let rise 50 to 60 minutes or until doubled in size, brush tops lightly with oil.

6. Bake at 350 degrees 50 minutes or until done.
