Breakfast Sausage Patties
Ingredients:
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Sage
1/4 Teaspoon Salt (1 tsp)
10 Ounces Ground Turkey raw
2 Teaspoons Olive Oil (flavored grapeseed oils also work well - I use basil/garlic, or garlic/parsley grapeseed oils)
1/2 Teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves or marjoram
1/4 Teaspoon Rosemary crushed
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, with a fork, combine all the ingredients except the oil.

2. Shape into 8 equal 1/4" thick patties. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil.

3. Add the patties; cook 10 minutes, turning once, until browned on both sides.
