Broccoli, Pasta And Parmesan
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil or chili oil
1 Unit Clove Of Garlic crushed
2 Cups Broccoli cooked and drained
2 Cups Fettuccine drained
3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated
1 Unit Pepper
1. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and saute garlic until golden brown.

2. Remove and discard. Add the broccoli to the pan, shaking and stirring five to 10 minutes, or until heated through.

3. Add the pasta and stir until heated through.

4. Turn into a platter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
