Print Broiled Scallops Recipe

Broiled Scallops
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil or vegetable oil
1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder pepper, parsley to taste, (no salt is necessary)
1 1/4 Pounds Sea Scallops cut into half
1/2 Lemon cut in wedges
Directions:
1. Turn on broiler.

2. Brush scallops with oil. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and garlic powder.

3. Broil about 5 minutes until scallops are opaque.
