Cambell's Mock Hollandaise
Ingredients:
1 Can Cream Of Celery Soup undiluted
1/2 Cup Milk (evaporated is best)
2 Tablespoons Butter or margarine
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice depending on the
2 Unit Eggs yolks slightly beaten
Directions:
1. In saucepan, combine all ingredients.

2. Cook over low heat just until thickened, stirring constantly.

3. Do not boil. Serve with cooked vegetables or fish.
