Candy Cane
This recipe for candy canes is a traditional pulled candy, based on a sugar syrup flavored with mint extract
Ingredients:
| 2 Packages Cream Cheese |
| 1 Can Crushed Pineapple drained |
| 1 Tablespoon Confectionery Sugar |
| 1 Unit Maraschino Cherry Halved and Drained |
Directions:
1. Combine softened cream cheese, pineapple and powdered sugar.
2. Place on Tray in the shape of a candy cane. Chop cherries and use to make stripes of candy cane.
3. (Using a small plastic bag as a "glove" makes it easier to shape the candy cane).
