Cheddar Meat Loaf
Ingredients:
1 Dash
Pepper Freshly Ground
1/2 Teaspoon
Salt coarse
1 1/2 Pounds
Lean Ground Beef
1/4 Pound
Low Fat Cheddar Cheese Sharp, Shredded
1
Egg Lg
1 1/4 Cups
Bread Crumbs Dry
1/4 Cup
Onion Chopped
10 3/4 Ounces
Tomato Soup Condensed, 1 Cn
2 Tablespoons
Parsley Fresh, Chopped
Directions:
1.
Combine all of the ingredients, mixing lightly.
2.
Shape into a loaf in an 11 1/2 X 7 1/2- inch baking dish.
3.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for an hour. Serve hot.
