Cheddar-Sausage Rolls
Ingredients:
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese at room temperature
3 Tablespoons Sour Cream or milk
6 Unit Sausage about 4 1/2 inches in diameter
Directions:
1. Combine cheese and sour cream in a small bowl.

2. Remove casings from sausage. Spread a scant 2 tbsp.

3. cheese mixture on each slice of sausage. Place one slice of sausage on top of another, overlapping one half of the way.

4. Roll sausage firmly and wrap. Repeat twice to form 3 rolls.

5. Chill. To serve, cut into 1/2 inch slices. About 1 1 /2 dozen appetizers.
