Chewy Coconut Macaroons
1 Teaspoon Vanilla add
1/8 Teaspoon Salt (1 tsp)
Cup Condensed Milk (up to)
1/3 Cup Flour seasoned with
2 1/2 Cups Coconut Shredded
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Grease an Cookie Sheet. Toss coconut with flour and salt.

3. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; mix well.

4. Drop batter by quarter-cupfuls one inch apart onto prepared cookie sheet.

5. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
