Chicken Frying Batter
1 Cup Flour (to 4 1/2 cups)
1/2 Cup Corn yellow
1 1/4 Cups Milk (evaporated is best)
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder plus
2 Tablespoons Salt (I used reduced sodium)
2 Tablespoons Pepper black
1/2 Teaspoon Parsley flakes (optional)
1. Mix all ingredients together.

2. Cut up chicken and wash. Dip chicken in batter and deep fry in hot grease.
