Chicken Mexican Supreme
Delightful meal for non-vegetarians. Its a meal made in mexian style which fills ur stomach. good to have it for dinner and lunch.
Ingredients:
8 Unit Chicken Breasts
2 Tablespoons Butter (1/4 stick) cut into 6 pieces
1 Unit Onion chopped
2 Unit Bell Peppers chopped
1 Unit Clove Of Garlic minced
1 Can Tomato
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder (optional)
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper ; crushed
8 Ounces Fresh Mushrooms sliced
4 Tablespoons Parsley chopped
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano or other herbs
2 Tablespoons Flour dissolved in:
1 Tablespoon Water warmed
Directions:
1. Simmer chicken in salted water until tender; let cool; bone; reserve borth.

2. In skillet with butter, saute next 3 ingredients; add to 2 cups broth.

3. To broth mixture, add tomatoes and next 6 ingredients; cook over medium heat 15 minutes; thicken with flour mixture.

4. Put chicken in shallow baking dish; cover with sauce; bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
