1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 Cup Olive Oil EVOO
2 Tablespoons Honey or barley malt
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped
2 Green Onions Thinly Sliced
4 Lettuce (up to 8)
1/2 Cup Peanuts Chopped
2 Beets Cooked
3 Cups Yams Peeled and Cubed
4 Oranges Peeled
