Chunky Apple Syrup
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Apple Juice
2 1/2 Teaspoons Cornstarch Dissolved In
1/2 Teaspoon Brown Sugar (optional)
1/8 Teaspoon Cilantro scant
1 Unit Apple peeled and dice
Directions:
1. Combine the juice, cornstarch, sugar, and coriander in a saucepan.

2. Cook, stirring, until the mixture thickens and turns clear.

3. Remove from the heat. Steam the diced apple over a small amount of water until softened, about 5 minutes.
