Print Cold Gazpacho Recipe
Notes:
Cold Gazpacho
Ingredients:
3 Cups Water or orange juice
1/4 Cup White Wine or rice vinegar
3 Teaspoons Lemon Juice (30 ml)
1 Onion diced
3 Cloves Of Garlic minced
1 Green Bell Pepper diced
4 Tomatoes diced
1 Scallion diced fine
Directions:
1. Puree all ingredients, except scallion, in blender.

2. Add a little more water if too spicy. Strain, discarding any vegetable pieces that did not puree fully.

3. Chill overnight. Serve in chilled glasses or bowls with diced scallion floating on top.
