Print Company Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Company Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
1 Cup Sour Cream (I use fat free)
1/4 Cup Butter or margarine Softened
3 Ounces Cream Cheese softened
6 Potatoes cooked, mashed
Directions:
1. Peel and dice potatoes.

2. Cook in salted water then mash. Mix sour cream and cream cheese and add to mashed potatoes.

3. Put in a 2 quart casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.

4. Bake for 30 minutes at 350~. Can be made ahead and refrigerated, but bake for 1 hour then.
