Print Corned Beef Hash Recipe

Corned Beef Hash
Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon Corned Beef
2 Eggs Hard Cooked
1 1/2 Teaspoons Dry Mustard or 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Onion chopped finely
2 Potatoes medium, boiled
Directions:
1. Dice corned beef and cooked potatoes (or substitute coarsely grated raw potato).

2. Chop onion finely. Mix together in a bowl, adding seasonings, add egg and mix more.

3. Put in skillet, coated with oil and form patty 1/2"-3/4" thick, sprinkle with dry mustard.

4. Cook till crispy (about 10 minutes), cover with a large plate and flip over.

5. Sprinkle with mustard and cook till crisp. Serve with a fried egg on top.
