Print Corned-Beef Mustard Sauce Recipe

Corned-Beef Mustard Sauce
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Tablespoons Butter (softened)
1 Egg Yolks slightly beaten
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar packed
1/4 Cup Sugar (2 oz)
1/4 Cup Prepared Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Salt ; (optional)
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper sweet red
3/4 Cup Cider Vinegar or to taste
Directions:
1. Melt butter in small saucepan.

2. Remove from heat, set aside to cool. In small bowl, with rotary beater, beat egg, sugars, mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.

3. Beat in vinegar, stir mixture into cooled butter, mix well.

4. Over medium heat, bring to boiling, stirring.
