Crispy Cheese Squares
Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil (6 to 8)
1 Teaspoon Butter melted
1 Egg beaten
Directions:
1. Slice chilled cheese and dip into beaten egg, then coat with seasoned bread crumbs.

2. Saute in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat containing 1 teaspoon butter melted with 1 teaspoon olive oil.

3. Turn to brown slightly on all sides ( 30 seconds each side) until cheese is soft to the touch.

4. Serve warm. Cut into cubes to top a salad or slice into sticks and serve as an appetizer.

5. Sliced pears and apples make a great accompaniment.
