Dillicious Salmon Saute
This is a delicious dish that's almost a full meal!! So healthy and yummy at the same time. Easy too! Try it for a summer dinner party.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 1/2 lbs Fillets Of Salmon
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Artificial Sweetener
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Butter stick
1 tablespoon Capers
1 Clove Of Garlic minced
2 tablespoons Fresh Dill chopped
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

2. Add salmon and cook 5 minutes, turning once.

3. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.

4. Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

5. Remove salmon from skillet to serving plate; keep warm.

6. Add lemon juice, artificial sweetener, mustard, butter, capers and garlic to skillet.

7. Cook over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently.

8. To serve, spoon sauce over salmon.

9. Sprinkle with dill.
