Drumstick Cheese Cake (Not A Chicken Dish!)
Ingredients:
| 2 Cups Wafers |
| 2 Cups Wafers |
| 1/2 Cup Peanuts |
| 1/3 Cup Margarine |
| 12 Ounces Cream Cheese (yogurt cheese would be just fine) 2 tsp. horseradish |
| 1/2 Cup Sugar divided |
| 2 Teaspoons Vanilla or Almond extract to |
| 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter natural |
| 4 Cups Whipped Topping |
| 1/4 Cup Chocolate Syrup |
| 1/2 Cup Peanuts |
Directions:
1. Combine crust ingredients together.
2. Press into a 9x13" pan. Refrigerate. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and peanut butter until smooth.
3. Fold in the frozen whipped topping. Pour over the crust.
4. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with peanuts.
