Enchilada Sauce
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil for stir frying
3 Cups Tomato Sauce 8 ozs
1 Teaspoon Salt pepper, and tabasco to taste
1/2 Cup Water (Ice) to 1/2
3 Cloves Of Garlic minced
1 Onion minced
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder or more
1. Saute oil and onions in heavy saucepan.

2. When onion is just yellow, not brown, add remaining ingredients.

3. Cover and simmer at least 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
