Salt pepper, and tabasco to taste
Water (Ice) to 1/2
Cloves Of Garlic minced
Chili Powder or more
Saute oil and onions in heavy saucepan.
When onion is just yellow, not brown, add remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer at least 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
