Grilled Shrimp
Ingredients:
2 Pounds Shrimp 2 Pounds Large shrimp
1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley 1/4 Cup Fresh parsley chopped
1 Cup Olive Oil 1 Cup Olive oil or lard
1 Tablespoon Oregano 1 Tablespoon Oregano fresh or 1 tbsp dr
4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice 4 Tablespoons Lemon juice to taste (2 to 4)
1 Tablespoon Garlic 1 Tablespoon Chopped garlic
4 Hot Sauce 4 Drops hot sauce
1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Salt approximately
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste 1 Tablespoon Tomato paste 3 (6-oz) cans
1 Unit Pepper 1 Unit Pepper to taste (usually The salted meat is Sufficient for salt)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a glass dish.

2. Marinade 2 hours at room temperature. Broil 3-4 inches from heat for 3 minutes.

3. Turn and broil more. Shrimp can be served over rice with green salad and Italian bread.
