Hashbrown Potatoes
Ingredients:
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper optional
1 Pound Salt Pork diced
2 Cups Potatoes boiled, cold
Directions:
1. Fry salt pork until there is about 1/3 cup of fat.

2. Remove the pork scraps and mix the fat with the potatoes, salt and pepper.

3. Fry for 3 minutes stirring constantly. Brown.
