Hawaiian Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
2 Pounds Chicken Wings tips removed (and saved for stock!)
1/4 Cup Sugar granulated Water
1/2 Teaspoon Ginger
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder scant
1/8 Cup Onion
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper fresh ground, to taste
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce ;
6 Ounces Pineapple Juice large can
Directions:
1. Remove wing tips from chicken and cut apart at joint.

2. Combine remaining ingredients. Marinate chicken wings for at least 24 hours.

3. Preheat oven to 375. Bake for 1 hour.
