Homemade Almond Crescents
Ingredients:
1 Cup Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Almond Extract
3/4 Cup Confectionery Sugar sifted
2 Cups Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt coarse
1 Cup Oats uncooked
1/2 Cup Almond finely chopped
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 325 degress F.

2. Beat butter and almond extract till fluffy; gradually beat in sugar.

3. Stir in oats and almonds.

4. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

5. Bake 15-18 minutes or until light golden brown. Sift powdered sugar over warm crescents.
