Huevos Rancheros Sauce
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Green Bell Pepper chopped
1/4 Cup Onion chopped
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 Pinch Garlic Powder
1 Pinch Basil
1 Teaspoon Cumin Seed
28 Ounces Crushed Tomatoes
Directions:
1. Saute onions and peppers in oil until soft.

2. Add spices and tomatoes. Continue cooking over low heat until flavors meld.

3. Yield: about 3 cups Serving suggestions: Can be served over eggs or grits.

4. Pour 1 Tbsp. sauce over thin pork chops and bake.

5. Pour remaining sauce over chops when served.
