Linsensuppe (Lentil Soup)
2 Tablespoons Vinegar
3 Potatoes
3 Beef Bouillon Cubes
1 Cup Lentils (washed)
6 Cups Water (approximately)
1 Clove Of Garlic (chopped fine)
1 Carrot (diced)
1 Celery Stalk (diced)
1 Tablespoon Parsley (chopped)
1. Add the water to the washed lentils and bring to a boil.

2. Add bouillon cubes, garlic, celery, carrot, parsley and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.

3. Add potatoes and boil for additional 30 minutes.
