Mailanduli (Christmas Cookies)
1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Add eggs and lemon. Add flour, 1 cup at a time.
3. Add baking powder with second cup of flour. Dough will get too stiff for mixer.
4. Continue to mix using your hands. Store in refrigerator and work with small amount at a time.
5. Roll out and cut into shapes. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes until golden.
6. Ice with a lemon, confectioner's sugar and butter icing.
