My Favorite Sugar Cookies
Ingredients:
| 4 Teaspoons Baking Powder |
| 1 Teaspoon Vanilla ----topping----- |
| 8 Ounces Sour Cream room temp |
| 2 Eggs Large Hard Cooked, ** |
| 1 1/3 Teaspoons Baking Soda (dissolved in a little warm water) |
| 1 1/3 Cups Margarine soften |
| 2 Cups Sugar brown, packed |
| 1 Teaspoon Salt optional |

Directions:
1. Combine sugar, margarine, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream.
2. Sift flour, soda, powder and salt together. Add to sugar mixture.
3. Roll, cut, bake at 325F for 10 minutes. Do not over-bake, cookies should be done but not browned.
