Nut Shell for Ice Cream Pie
Ingredients:
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/8 Teaspoon Salt to taste
1 Egg whites
1 1/2 Cups Walnuts Finely Chopped
Directions:
1. Combine in egg whites and salt and beat until stiff, but not dry.

2. Gradually beat in 1/4 c. sugar until stiff, glossy peaks form.

3. Carefully fold in nuts. Press onto bottom and sides (not rim) of a well greased 8" pie pan.

4. Prick with fork. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes.
