Print Orange Custard Pudding Recipe

Orange Custard Pudding
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 cups Orange Juice
3 Eggs yolks beaten
1 cup Yogurt plain
2 tablespoons Margarine
2 teaspoons Oranges peel finely shredded
2 cups Oranges sections
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt, stir in juice.

2. Cook and stir until bubbly. Gradually stir 1 cup of the mixture into the yolks.

3. Return to pan and cook 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and stir in yogurt, margarine and peel.

4. Cover and chill. Stir in the orange sections before serving.
