Oriental Chicken Livers
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil or shortening*
1/2 Cup Flour * (6 to 7)
1/3 Cup Soy Sauce mustard, tarragon, basil, parsl
1/2 Pound Chicken Liver halved
1 Onion sliced
1. Marinate livers overnight in soy sauce.

2. Remove livers from marinade, coat with flour, discard marinade.

3. Heat oil in frying pan, add liver and onion slices.
