Persimmon Spice Cake
Ingredients:
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Corn Oil
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
2 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Allspice
1 Teaspoon Salt coarse
4 Eggs well beaten
2 Cups Persimmon pulp
Directions:
1. Cream sugar, oil, eggs and persimmon. Add dry ingredients gradually.

2. Pour into 2 well oiled 9 inch pans.

3. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

4. Ice with caramel icing.
