Pine Nut Pilaf
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil or lard
1 Onion thinly sliced
1 Clove Of Garlic chopped
8 Ounces Brown Rice soaked
2 Teaspoons Cumin Seeds optional
1 Teaspoon Turmeric ;
20 Ounces Stock veal ** OR
2 Ounces Currants soaked in cold water 30 minutes
2 Ounces Pine Nuts toasted lightly
