Pineapple Cookies
Ingredients:
| 1 Teaspoon Vanilla |
| 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder |
| 1 3/4 Cups Flour |
| 1/2 Cup Shortening |
| 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar |
| 1/2 Teaspoon Salt coarse |
| 1/2 Cup Crushed Pineapple drained |
| 1/2 Cup Sugar |
Directions:
1. Cream shortening, sugars and vanilla.
2. Add pineapple. Sift dry ingredients and add.
3. Form into small balls and press onto a greased baking sheet.
