Potato Filling (For Meats)
Ingredients:
| 1/2 Teaspoon Poultry Seasoning |
| 1 Teaspoon Salt pepper to taste |
| 1 Quart White Bread stale |
| 1 Tablespoon Parsley minced (optional) |
| 2 Tablespoons Butter melted (1/2 stick) |
| 1 Pinch Pepper chopped fresh parsle |
| 1/2 Cup Celery diced |
| 1 Onion minced |
| 1 Egg well beaten |
| 2 Cups Potatoes mashed |
Directions:
1. Mix together the potatoes and egg.
2. Soak the bread in cold water and squeeze dry.
3. Add to the potato mixture, stir in the other ingredients, and mix well.
