Potato Filling (For Meats)
Ingredients:
1/2 Teaspoon
Poultry Seasoning
1 Teaspoon
Salt pepper to taste
1 Quart
White Bread stale
1 Tablespoon
Parsley minced (optional)
2 Tablespoons
Butter melted (1/2 stick)
1 Pinch
Pepper chopped fresh parsle
1/2 Cup
Celery diced
1
Onion minced
1
Egg well beaten
2 Cups
Potatoes mashed
Directions:
1.
Mix together the potatoes and egg.
2.
Soak the bread in cold water and squeeze dry.
3.
Add to the potato mixture, stir in the other ingredients, and mix well.
