Raspberry and Fig Gratin
Ingredients:
1 Cup Raspberry fresh
3 Tablespoons Sugar brown
1 Cup Fig peeled
1/2 Cup Cream sour
Directions:
1. Layer the raspberries in a gratin dish.

2. Pour the sour cream over the raspberries and top with figs.

3. Sprinkle generously with brown sugar. Run under a broiler to brown, then serve warm.
