Red Sauce
2 Cups Water
1 Clove Of Garlic
2 Tablespoons Flour
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Onion chopped
4 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Cumin Seed
1 Teaspoon Salt coarse
3 Dashes Hot Sauce
1. Used with Beef Enchiladas.

2. Heat oil in skillet and saute' onion until tender.

3. Remove from heat and add flour.

4. Mix into a paste adding chili powder, Tabasco, salt, garlic and cumin.

5. Gradually add water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

6. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
