Sopa De Ajo (Garlic Soup)
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
4 Cups Chicken Stock defatted
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika to taste
2 Tablespoons Garlic minced (fresh)
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil EVOO
1 Cup Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
2 Tablespoons Parsley freshly chopped (optional)
1. Serve with a green garden salad sprinkled with fresh cilantro.

2. In a large saucepan saute garlic in oil until soft.

3. Stir in bread crumbs, stock, cayenne and paprika.

4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, uncovered.
