Strawberry Banana Cake
Ingredients:
| 2 Cups Biscuit Mix (see recipe) |
| 1/2 Cup Milk cold |
| 1 Banana mashed (about 3 bananas) |
| 1 Egg yolk |
| 4 Tablespoons Butter melted |
| 6 Ounces Milk Chocolate melted |
| 1/2 Pint Fresh Strawberry cleaned |
Directions:
1. Combine biscuit mix,milk,egg,melted butter and chocolate.
2. Mix to combine thoroughly.In a blender,combine strawberries and banana.
3. Blend a few seconds,until semi liquid.Add to cake mixture and mix thoroughly again.
4. Pour into a 9" square baking pan and bake at 350 deg.
5. for about 30 minutes,until a toothpick stuck in the cake center comes out clean.
6. (It is an extremely moist cake,so toothpick will always have some moisture on it).
