Swedish Limpa Rye Bread
Ingredients:
2 1/2 Cups Bread Flour (1 1/3 C)
2 Teaspoons Dry Yeast (1 1/2 Tsp)
1 Teaspoon Salt (1/2 T)
1 1/8 Cups Water (3/4 - 7/8 C)
1 Cup Rye Flour (2/3 C)
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil (2 Tsp)
1 Tablespoon Honey (2 Tsp)
1 Teaspoon Caraway Seed (1/2 Tsp)
1/2 Teaspoon Fennel Seed (1/4 Tsp)
1 1/2 Oranges (1 orange)
Directions:
1. The fennel seeds add an unusual licorice flavor to this bread.

2. Thinly sliced it's good enough for any smorgasbord.

3. Place all ingredients in bread pan and press "start".

4. After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
