Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings
1/2 Cup Ketchup bottle (1 1/3 cups)
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 2 to 3 dashes
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Pepper ;
1/2 Cup Water (you may need more)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt to taste ;
1/2 Cup Sugar brown, packed
24 Whole Chicken Wings separated
1/2 Cup Vinegar cider or wine
1. Preheat oven to 350 F Season wings with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

2. Place in a shallow baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.

3. in a small saucepan, combine ketchup, vinegar, sugar and water.

4. Heat, stirring until well blended. Brush sauce over wings and continue baking for 20 to 30 minutes, or until wings are tender.
