Sweet and Sour Dip
Ingredients:
1 Cup Crushed Pineapple
3/4 Cup Pineapple Juice or orange juice
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar divided
1 Teaspoon Salt to taste ;
1 1/2 Tablespoons Cornstarch ;
4 Teaspoons Ketchup (optional)
1/2 Cup Vinegar cider or wine
Directions:
1. Mix cornstarch and pineapple juice in a sauce pan.

2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir over medium-high heat until sauce thickens.

3. Add more liquid if sauce needs thinning or more cornstarch if you want it thicker.

4. You can use additional juice or vinegar depending on how sour you want the sauce.
